Chester is Cool is an online resource for elementary schools. It provides hundreds of fun and educational websites in an easy to use interface designed with preschool and exceptional student education populations in mind. Chester D. Doogle was created by Sean Russell, a former Technology teacher and computer technician. The character was used as a tool to capture the attention of his students and focus them on the proper use of the equipment in the computer lab. It evolved into a website where students could enjoy his numerous adventures on a weekly basis. Chester has transformed into a phenomena in South Florida. Over the years, thousands of students have become fans of this over the top puppet and his cool antics.
